How To Use:
Step 1 - Use on wet or dry feet. If your feet are cracked, soak in warm water for 10 – 20 minutes before filing.
Step 2 - Glide the foot file over feet and heels, moving it back and forth to remove dry, rough, hard and cracked skin.
Step 3 - Rinse your feet

Step 5 - Rinse the foot file thoroughly.
