Microplane Bowl Grater

The Microplane mixing bowl grater is the perfect tool for creating vegetable rice without the use of a food processor. The mixing bowl grater works great with any size bowl. Place the grater over the top of small bowls, drop it inside of medium bowls, or place it diagonally with larger bowls. The extra coarse blade of the bowl grater was designed for with root vegetables in mind, with results identical to store bought pre-riced vegetables. The bowl grater also works great for shreadding large amounts of cheese!
