To dehydrate more effectively, we recommend the following:

1. When drying more thinly-sliced food items, please use the 0.78-inch height rather than the 1.25-inch stacking

2. Rotate all trays horizontally after 2-3 hours of drying.

3. Exchange top and bottom trays after 2-3 hours of drying.
