Return Policy:

We accept returns on almost all items within 7 days upon delivery. Only exception to this would be any CCG’s (Pokemon,Yu-Gi-OH) and Computer Hardware. All Return requests must be made by the buyer through eBay, and cannot be requested by the seller.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please Note that all returns are made at the buyer’s expense; a return address will be provided to the buyer.

Final Sales:

All Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Computer Hardware/Electronics, Sale Items and Markdown items are all Final sale and a refund will not be allowed.

Cancelations:

Cancelations are allowed within 2 hours of placing the order, after 2 hours, orders cannot be canceled.

Pre-Order Policy:

All pre-orders can be requested to be canceled up until ship date. Ship date is always subject to change and dates are only estimates. If you have any questions please feel free to message us and we will answer any answers you have.

Frames: All frames are final sales unless the product arrives damaged. The buyer will be required to pay the return shipping cost. The item will then be inspected and a refund will be issued (if applicable).
